The Lucid marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a brand that customers love. Our team is growing rapidly, and includes team members focused on product marketing, content creation, partnerships, ads, and lifecycle marketing.

We’re looking for a Temp to Full-time Marketing Campaign Manager to identify and prioritize campaign opportunities, flawlessly execute them, and measure their effectiveness—while working cross-functionally to make it all happen. Weaving together different programs—from web to advertising, content, and email marketing—you will tell stories to our prospects, influencers, and users about how Lucid can impact their lives.


  • Build, execute, and optimize highly targeted email campaigns leveraging a combination of SFDC and Pardot
  • Lead Lucid’s digital marketing campaign strategy and planning process
  • Collaborate with marketers, sales, and bus dev to launch, optimize, measure, and iterate on campaigns
  • Develop audience and messaging plans that enable us to run engaging campaigns
  • Orchestrate ongoing nurture campaign to more prospects through the marketing funnel
  • Own Lucid’s campaign measurement and marketing pipeline metrics to inform our executive on marketing performance


  • Demonstrated success managing and optimizing email and digital marketing campaigns for outcomes including user acquisition, lead gen, and pipeline
  • 2-4 years working with a marketing automation platform
  • 2-4 years working with SFDC, including creating reports and dashboards in SFDC
  • Ability to understand and define target audiences and drive them through the funnel
  • Map out full-funnel campaigns that connect Lucid’s story to our audience’s unique needs
  • Able to plan, craft, and measure all aspects of an integrated marketing campaign
  • Mastery of tracking key campaign and pipeline metrics
  • Skilled at using data and analysis to identify new opportunities and ways to improve performance
  • Capable of working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and bus dev
  • Communicate compelling and well-reasoned campaign plans to project stakeholders
  • Create cohesive campaigns that deliver the right message to users based on where they are in their journey


  • Experience in energy management industry
  • Demonstrated success crafting marketing campaigns at a SaaS company
  • Expertise running split tests on web, ads, or email marketing
  • Paid media expertise on channels such as AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or programmatic display
  • Tech savvy and curious about new marketing technology
